Irv Gotti is considering counter-suing the woman who complained of sexual assault
As previously reported by The Shade Room, Irv Gotti is accused of assaulting his former mistress. The incidents are said to have occurred in Miami, Atlanta, and Saint Martin. Furthermore, Miami-Dade court documents filed on July 11 do not list the alleged victim’s name. Jane Doe alleges Gotti sexually assaulted her multiple times between 2020 and 2022. Furthermore, the documents state that “The Plaintiff suffered severe emotional and psychological harm which required her to be admitted to a psychiatric unit. These injuries continue and affect the Plaintiff to this day.and.”
Additionally, Gotti’s representative claimed the woman appeared to be seeking a monetary award, saying she was only suing “after Mr. Gotti rejected this individual’s efforts to force him to pay. The lawsuit contains only one page of unsworn ‘facts,’ meager by any measure, and Mr. Gotti denies them outright.”
