On Friday, Reginae Carter took to Instagram Live to answer some questions from some of her followers, and the conversation quickly turned to her dating interests and who her mom might see her. her next date.
During the live, Reginae was asked if she could see herself dating someone younger than her. After repeatedly saying “No”, she laughed and added, “You guys are annoying… you’ll play too much, no… Ewww, that sucks.”
Reginae’s mother Toya Johnson then joined her directly, where she offered to hook up her daughter with a blind date.
Toya said: “I met this perfect gentleman at church. “He would look like the perfect candidate, he has no children, he is very respectful, he has a really, really good job. It’s all the perfect stuff for you. “
Reginae is quick to let her mother know that while it’s great, she doesn’t have to date blindly.
At some point during the live stream, rapper Fredo Bang joined in for comment. After Reginae let her mother know Fredo was a rapper, Toya quickly said:
“Rapper? No… go away! If you’re a rapper and you’re streaming this gig, and you think she’s going to be with you, you’ve got to come see me first and that’s a negative. “
As many of you know, Reginae used to date rapper YFN Lucci for a while before calling it exits. Lucci is currently in prison facing murder charges.
Finally, Toya shared that she could see Reginae dating an actor or a soccer player.
“First of all, I see you becoming whole because you know, you have to be perfect before you can be someone else’s half,” Toya said. “But now you’re completely whole, and you’re back in Reginae, you’re working and back to yourself, you can date, but don’t date any rappers. I can see you with an actor, or maybe a football player or something, but they have to be like Russell [Wilson] type.”
