Plastics in wet wipes should be banned, says Labour MP


Moist wipes are used to scrub surfaces, mop up after children or take off make-up.

However a whole lot of them – if flushed down the drain – find yourself on our river beds or blocking our sewers. As a result of many include plastics, additionally they do not break down.
