Nadim Saloum emerges victorious after fight with Decarlo Perez

Decarlo Perez 19-6-1 pits famed Lebanese 9-1 lightweight boxer Nadim Salloum in a scheduled eight-round bout Tuesday night at Sony Hall in Times Square. Salloum starts by using the first stab. On the other hand, Perez remained patient until he saw his loophole. Saloum combined his punches well in the second round. Perez put his men against the ropes and opened fire in the third inning. Both men opened fire in the inning, though Perez seemed to be playing better.
The fourth table saw Perez spur the action while Saloum moved and fired from range. Sollum landed well in the fifth inning – but so did Perez. It was a very interesting affair, with each man throwing heavy leather. Both boxers continued to exchange punches into the sixth round, leaving one to wonder if one or perhaps both men would eventually become suffocated. Perez took turns with Sollum in the seventh inning to try to control the tempo. Again, each boxer lands well before his opponent.
In the eighth and final round, each man tries to assert himself soon after the stabbing. Saloum landed with a powerful headbutt while Perez rocked his men with a left hook. No man lacks energy when the clock goes down. The round – and the fight – ended with every man shooting away. Saloum won with a score of 76-76, 78-74 and 77-75.
