Meg’s subpoena orders Harris’ boyfriend to be removed before trial

The rapper is said to believe that Smith has important information that could help her fight Carl Crawford.

“H-Town Hottie” alleges that the operators of the 1501 trademark refused to provide Smith to pay a fine.

Now, she wants them to put Smith on trial to debunk that information.

Meg claimed that 1501 conspired with Harris to create the song “Bussin Back”. However, the label categorically refused that request.

The motion label files denied Meg’s claim last month that the subpoena request was a case of mistaken identity.

Meanwhile, 1501 filed a denial of Megan Thee Stallion’s claim last month.

The lawsuit alleges that Smith is not an employee of the record label, instead stating that he is an independent contractor. They said he worked with 1501 artists but no deal with the label, Online Radar report.

However, Crawford said that Megan had a case of mistaken identity. He claimed that she confused “Darien Smith” with “Darrian Smith, two completely different people, according to Crawford.

“Allegations that 1501 had ‘malicious collaborators’ in a ‘dissident campaign’ [Megan]’ is just as ridiculous as [Megan’s] refused to listen to 1501 when it told her long ago that she was wrongly pursuing Darien Smith,” the label told the outlet.

Meg Thee Stallion says multiple articles list Darien as an employee of the label, accusing 1501 of blocking new music

For her part, Megan claimed numerous articles listed Darien as an employee of the firm.

In a petition filed in April, Meg claims Crawford is pocketing all of her hits while she’s getting nothing in return, according to TMZ.

Her lawsuit against 1501 Certified Entertainment accuses them of preventing her from releasing new music.

Testing will begin on August 7.
