Lindsay’s requests appear to have been unsuccessful for now, but the former ‘Bachelorette’ has previously shared some advice for others.

“The reason I don’t [get a prenup] “It was because my financial situation now… is completely different than when I got married… We didn’t see eye to eye on a prenup, and I didn’t want it to become a bigger issue,” she explained during a recent appearance on the podcast ‘Hidden Gems With Natasha Parker’. “So we didn’t have one. In hindsight, obviously, I did.” 1721302203“ .

Ultimately, Lindsay explains that “everyone should have a prenuptial agreement.”

“Everyone should have a prenuptial agreement,” she said. “I never could have predicted that in 2024 I would be divorced. You never know what life is going to throw at you or what’s going to happen.”
