Ciarra is a successful businesswoman and a close friend of Rihanna. She was the Creative Director of Geffen Records and has worked with everyone from Jay-Z, Eminem, The Killers to Usher.

Jesse and Ciarra have never confirmed their relationship, but in 2018 Aryn accused Jesse of violating their custody agreement by introducing Ciarra to the children without telling her.
According to their agreement, the parties must get approval from the other party before introducing a new partner to the children. At the time, sources close to Jesse insisted the actor was not romantically involved with Ciarra and that they were just friends.
