Isotta is now shipping House give Canon EOS R6 Mark IIThe second version of Canon’s enthusiast full-frame camera features a new 24.2MP sensor, an upgraded autofocus system that borrows AI-assisted tracking from the R3, and improved video, including the ability to shoot 4K/60p 10-bit 4:2:2 oversampled video without cropping and the ability to output 6K RAW video to an external recorder.
Isotta’s housing for the R6 Mark II offers a comprehensive feature set similar to the predecessor housing from three years ago. You get the same anodized aluminum construction (and Isotta’s signature red paint), an integrated, adjustable, one-handed open/close handle, and dual O-ring seals on the buttons and removable parts. There are two zoom knobs (one for RF lenses and one for EF lenses), a large-bore M24 port that supports HDMI 2.0 output to a recorder/monitor like the Atomos Ninja V, and two M16 ports, plus two optical ports—but the trigger is an optional extra. You can also order a Nikonos N5 or S6 case with a baffle if you prefer an electric trigger.
