Ikelite has announced a pair of housings designed for the a7C Mark II and a7CR, Sony’s latest compact full-frame mirrorless cameras. The first is a “200DL” series housing based around the DL port system, which is designed with a large diameter to accommodate the widest variety of full-frame lenses, while the second is a “200DLM/A” series housing based around the more-compact DLM port system, which is designed to be as small and light as possible.
The 200DL series housing comes with a base and left-hand quick release handle, with the option of adding a right-hand quick release handle with extension. This larger housing can accommodate Ikelite’s USB Charging & Data Transfer Bulkhead. It also comes with a vacuum valve, so users only require the addition of a vacuum pump in order to pull a vacuum. The housing features an M16 accessory port.
The 200DLM/A series housing does not come with a base or handles; a tray with dual quick release handles must be purchased separately. A USB Charging & Data Transfer Bulkhead cannot be installed. The housing features a 1/2 inch accessory port, which allows for the installation of a vacuum kit, purchased separately.
Both housings offer out-of-the-box manual electrical triggering of strobes by Ikelite, Sea&Sea, Inon, and Retra, as well as TTL exposure with Ikelite DS-series strobes after adding the optional DL2 DS Link TTL converter.
Shipping now, the new housings for the Sony a7C II/a7CR are priced at $1,795 (200DL) and $1,345 (200DLM/A), respectively.

Pre-Dive Checks
There is no greater assurance than being able to see your camera and o-ring seal through the back of the housing. Our signature open-groove design suspends the rear o-ring in a natural position that is easier to maintain and more reliable than forcing the o-ring into a channel. Once the housing is closed you can see the o-ring form a solid, waterproof seal.
We recommend adding the optional Vacuum Kit with 1/2″ Valve # 47012 to pull a vacuum on the housing and check for leaks prior to entering the water.

Our specially formulated ABS-PC blend housing is highly durable yet significantly lighter than aluminum. The light color keeps your camera cooler when shooting in warm, sunny environments.

Ikelite lens ports are the lightest on the market, yet robust and capable of standing up to rough surf.
We support a wide variety of lenses. Most popular zoom lenses and select focus rings can be engaged using simple gearing that puts adjustment right at your fingertips. Zoom and focus gears differ depending on which lens you are using.

Wi-Fi Transfer
Use the camera’s built-in Wi-Fi feature to download photos to another device without removing the camera from the housing. The Wi-Fi feature is only usable above water within close proximity to the connected device.
