IHRC Approves Date for Horseshoe Indianapolis in 2023


Race dates for the 21st season of Thoroughbred and Precious Horse racing were approved by the Indiana Horse Racing Commission (IHRC) at their regular meeting on Thursday, December 1 held at Harrah’s Hoosier Park.
