Instagram blogger and podcaster Akademiks is known for her controversial messages, many of which claim to be anti-women. Yesterday, this blogger was arrested in a seemingly life-threatening incident, after a woman he disrespected allegedly pulled a gun at him during a podcast.
And the incident was broadcast live on Youtube. Akademiks and the woman – a beautiful model named Whitney LeDawn, appeared together on the popular Fresh N Fit podcast.
During the podcast, Akademiks made disparaging comments about Whitney, a Christian. Akademiks called the model a “jaggery” and said she was a bad Christian mother because she had an illegitimate child.
Whitney was outraged by Akademiks’ comments, and she stood up to her defense.
But Akademiks did not give up. He then appeared to threaten Whitney, saying he might “hit her.”
The threat clearly didn’t go well and Whitney WAS OUT.
Anarchy ensued and Whitney was asked to leave the podcast. That’s when everything goes LEFT. Akademiks returned to the camera telling the audience that Whitney appeared to be “reaching for something in her pocket.”
Then security came and told everyone to “run away” and suggested that Whitney might have pulled a gun while on set..
The MTO was unable to determine whether Whitney actually pulled the gun. But even if she did, under Florida law she may have her legal right to do so.
