Honda City Special Edition – V spec with Modulo bodykit, free accessories; pearl white; 99 pieces; RM95,200
Honda Malaysia (HM) announced the Honda City special edition earlier this monthHowever, at that time the car was not yet in the showroom and there were no official images of the SE. The facelifted B-segment sedan is now here and here’s a full live showroom.
Basically, City SE is a V-class car equipped with the Modulo accessory package but does not increase the price. Only 99 SEs will be available RM95,200 on the road without insurance.
Additional equipment for the V includes a Modulo front spoiler, rear spoiler and side skirts. There’s no launch spoiler, though, so that’s something for you to add. ‘SE’ badging at the rear completes the exterior. Inside, HM has added side sill trim, interior lighting (white), front digital video recorder aka dash cam and trunk tray to the City V.
Finally, the City SE is only available in platinum white (the V’s actual price is RM94,900, but pearl white costs an additional RM300). There are no changes in the wheels, which are shiny 16-inch wheels with 185/55 tires.
Standard equipment on the V includes automatic LED headlights, keyless entry/start with auto lock, remote engine start, single-zone automatic climate control, Honda LaneWatch and touchscreen 8.0 inches with Android Auto and wired Apple CarPlay.
Honda City is equipped with a naturally aspirated 4-cylinder engine, 1.5 liter capacity, capacity of 121 horsepower/145 Nm. Transmission from the DOHC i-VTEC unit will reach the front axle via a CVT gearbox. Again, the City SE is priced at RM95,200 OTR without insurance, the same price as the V plus an additional RM300 for pearl white paint. In other words, it’s the V with a free Modulo bodykit and other accessories. Browse the full collection below.
