Heat-related deaths to rise in most of Europe by 2023, UN weather agency says




The United Nations weather agency said on Monday that climate change shocks were already causing record levels of disruption and suffering for millions of people in Europe in 2023 with widespread flooding and severe heat waves – a new normal to which countries must prioritize adaptation.
