Good news for electric vehicle owners who use the Guthrie Corridor Highway to commute to work, as well as residents of the growing town of Elmina. Prolintas has announced a new electric vehicle charger at Guthrie’s Elmina R&R, heading north.
The EV charger is a DC unit and the unit operating the charging point is ChargEV. It is a 60 kW unit with two CCS2 nozzles and while charging is FOC for a few days leading up to Merdeka Day, the charging price is currently at a ‘promotional price’ of RM1.20 per kWh. This promotion period lasts for six months from 1 September.
