Gunman Attempts Shooting BIG Shooting In Nashville Cathedral. . . ‘God’ intervenes !! (Videotapes)
A gun-crazed gunman shows up to carry out a mass shooting inside a Nashville, Tennessee church. But my God…
God seems to have intervened, and surprisingly no church members were injured.
Surveillance video shows the man casually walking up to the altar and placing a book on the platform before swinging his gun at the crowd at Nashville Light Mission Pentecostal Church.
Horrified churchgoers could be seen scurrying and running out of the building, while others stood in chairs. Church leaders are staying put and trying to stay calm, MTO News confirmed.
When the man approached the bench with a gun, the pastor was subdued with “unmatched” strength and determination. He quickly grabbed him from behind and brought him to the ground. At least four other churchgoers helped the gunman until police arrived on the scene along West Trinity Alley.
The pastor later told the media that it was “God” who gave him the will to take down the gunman, MTO News confirmed.
Fortunately, no gunshots were heard and no injuries were reported.
Police identified the gunman as 26-year-old Dezire Baganda. They said that while Baganda was in custody, he proclaimed himself Jesus and that all churches and schools needed to be “shot up”.
