Glenmorangie A Story of Winter is a brand new 13-year-old single malt that was created for the winter season and it boasts a “flurry of wintery aromas and flavors” and comfy packaging to match. The brand new single malt sports activities a label that reminds of a lovingly hand-knit merchandise with intricate particulars.
This limited-edition expression was made with a batch of whisky matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and completed in ex-Marsala casks. Boasting shiny and vivid flavors, the 46% ABV whisky has notes of orange toffee, lavender honey and candy rose, plus purple pepper flakes, cocoa powder, Brazil nut toffee and candy barley malt.
Based on Glenmorangie’s head of whisky creation, Dr Invoice Lumsden, the model was impressed by “the enjoyment of cosy moments indoors” throughout Scotland’s snowy months.
