British Airways offers a return flight from Athens at 7:55 am. Both flights to and from Athens have a stop at London Heathrow Airport (LHR).
The $525 price tag for a round-trip flight to Athens is considered low, as some of the lowest possible fares to Athens from Washington, DC, typically cost between $580 and $740, according to Google Flights.

While these cheap fares apply to basic economy class, which can be limited, the offer is still worth booking if you want to visit Greece as these fares are exceptionally low.
Also, some travel days for selected destinations span into spring and fall, which are some of the best times to visit Greece. During these shoulder-to-shoulder seasons, you can avoid the crowds of tourists and still enjoy the pleasantly warm weather.
