Lottery for North Star’s fist whiskey will premiere on January 16, 2023 in Japan. You will be able to name it until January 20, 2023. You can either get a bottle with Toki on it or a bottle with Jagi on it. Bottle of Toki will cost JPY 25,300 ($192.30) while a bottle of Jagi will cost JPY 26,400. ($200.65). [Thanks, Game Watch!]
This is the second batch North Star’s fist whiskey from Whiskey Mew. First batch launched in 2020 and outstanding Kenshiro and Raoh. Aside from the label, the two whiskeys are different brands. Toki is Bunnahabhain 2010 (with ABV of 51.8%), and Jagi is Highland Single Malt 2000 (with ABV of 52.3%).
There is only a limited supply of each whiskey. Whiskey Mew has 144 bottles of Bunnahabhain 2010 and 126 bottles of Highland Single Malt 2000. However, since this is a lottery system, it is a first come, first served basis. When entering the lottery, each type can only buy one bottle.
The North Star’s fist Whiskey will be available for pre-order January 16-20, 2023. You can enter your name and information into the raffle via the Whiskey Mew website. Whiskey Mew does not ship internationally and is not recommended to sell second hand or use an authorized service. This is so that customers can buy its whiskey at a fair price.
