Leading automotive company, Sime Darby Motors (SDM) has launched Drivecare, a new one-stop, diversified franchise designed to cater to the needs of car owners across all segments and brands. Drivecare handles not only service but also repairs and insurance claims, as it is a Guard My Ride approved warranty repair facility.
Customers can expect an affordable after-sales experience at Drivecare centres nationwide, which offer top-notch service and maintenance at competitive prices. The service centres boast state-of-the-art equipment and every vehicle arriving will receive the utmost care and attention from SDM’s qualified and experienced technicians, who have over 30 years of combined experience.
In addition to clean and tidy workspaces, these Drivecare centres also feature dedicated customer parking and comfortable waiting rooms, allowing you to relax in a completely pleasant and cosy environment while your vehicle is serviced.
This service also offers on-site service. You can also opt for our mobile service team if you live within a 40km radius of a Drivecare facility. The mobile service team offers brake pad and tyre replacement (including balancing) in addition to regular servicing.
You can also rest assured about the quality of replacement parts, as SDM works with reputable partners such as Brembo and Liqui Moly, and offers a six-month product and workmanship warranty on all brands.
Currently, there are two Drivecare service centres operating at Sime Darby Auto Selection premises in Klang Valley, located at Glenmarie, Shah Alam and Jalan Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur. The company will soon open a Penang centre to serve customers in the Northern region.
To celebrate the launch of Drivecare, SDM is running a special promotion, running from June 26 to July 31. The program includes a free vehicle check, 20% discount on parts and labor, and a free set of wiper blades when replacing a windshield.
During the promotion, all vehicle maintenance services will also include a free car wash and a free Liqui Moly product. Additionally, the first 100 customers who bring a second vehicle in for service will also receive a 50% discount on engine oil, provided both vehicles are registered under the same owner.
