Dr Dre and his ex-wife Nicole Young are still arguing over whether he ripped off their prenup.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Nicole wants the court to deny Dre’s request to stay in their upcoming trial. Nicole says she signed the contract before marrying Dre in 1996 but he tore it up years after the marriage.
He said he didn’t rip it off. She also said that he was trying to drag out legal proceedings to “drain her” in legal fees.
Her attorney says she has a “fundamental right to have this divorce resolved as soon as possible so she can move on with her life.”
“As it stands, the only financial source Nicole has is the spousal support she receives from Andre, while Andre has access to a $183 million cash account. He’s spent over 7 million dollars per month for the last 5 months).”
