These offers can be targeted so your offer may be slightly different.

As you can see, the program doesn’t offer much in the way of rewards for actually flying Delta for business. What it does offer are discounts and benefits on a variety of travel purchases. These can be especially useful for business travelers who want to extend their stay after their meeting or conference by, for example, booking a hotel room or hack at their own expense.

The program also offers benefits at work-related sites like Industrious and Indeed, which can be helpful for remote workers and small business owners. Essentially, for just $99 a month, you can rent office space through Industrious’ network of premium workplaces.

Delta Business Travelers vs. SkyMiles for Business

If you’ve heard of Delta’s other business program, SkyMiles for Business, it’s understandable if you’re a little confused. Delta Business Travelers is a separate program designed to complement SkyMiles for Business by catering to a different group of business travelers.

While Delta Business Travelers is designed for anyone traveling for business, SkyMiles for Business is designed for small and medium-sized businesses. joinYou must be a business manager or owner of a company. You will be required to provide a valid tax identification number or VAT number and you may need to present proof of written authorization from the company.

The basic SkyMiles for Business membership tier is available to all companies, regardless of size or annual revenue. It offers tailored benefits from Delta and third parties, similar to Delta Business Travelers. It does not allow your business to earn SkyMilesalthough individual employees will still earn miles on Delta and partner flights as SkyMiles members.

To reach higher levels, your company must have at least five unique travel employees and spend at least $5,000 on qualifying flight revenue each calendar year. If you meet these criteria, your company will earn SkyMiles on qualifying flights taken by employees, while employees will continue to earn miles on flights as usual.

As you can see, SkyMiles for Business is more valuable to larger companies with at least five employees who travel for business and spend at least $5,000 on flights annually. Delta Business Travelers, on the other hand, is for anyone who considers themselves a business traveler, regardless of how much or how little you travel.
