Once you check in for your trip, you won’t want to forget your luggage tag – and I don’t mean the hard plastic tag with your contact information that you attach to your suitcase in case your bag gets lost.
Your cruise line will usually provide you with a PDF file of your baggage tags to print as part of your electronic records. travel documents once you have completed your registration and provided your required details. How to print travel luggage tag
- Click the link above to open a PDF version of the luggage tag. (You must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer.)
- Click the printer icon near the top right corner of the screen.
- Choose your printer; make any necessary adjustments to page orientation, size and color; and set the number of copies you need. (Print one copy for each piece of luggage you plan to leave with the porter when you arrive at the station. You don’t need them for items you plan to personally bring on the train.)
- Click the “print” button.

How to tag travel luggage
- Use a pen to write your name, ship name, departure date and cabin number on the lines provided.
- Flip the page over so the printed side is facing down.
- Starting at one end, fold the paper twice, lengthwise, toward the middle, using the printed lines as a guide.
- Repeat step three from the other end. (The goal is to have a long, thin strip that shows only the part of the card with the TPG logo and the lines containing your information, with the rest of the page folded underneath to make it thicker.)
- Slide the card face down through the handle on your suitcase.
- Overlap the two ends so the yellow bars line up, forming a ring, then pin or tape the tag in place.
Tips: If you’re flying to your departure point, wait until after the flight to attach tags to your luggage so they don’t come off during transit.
