COP26 UK Omicron Covid Outbreak Seeded – Frustrated by that?

‘Professor Closing order‘Neil Ferguson admitted today that another nationwide outage could lie in the cards that need addressing Omicron as he warned the super variant will prevail before Christmas.

The Government scientist, whose model put No10 on the initial lockdown last spring, said a stay-at-home order return is ‘certainly possible’ if the mutant strain threatens to overwhelm NHS.

Omicron cases are concentrated in London and Scotland. As a major UK transport hub, London is often the UK’s focal point for new variations. But Prof Ferguson insists Omicron may have been seeded in Glasgow at the Cop26 climate summit in early November in Glasgow.

Personally I am surprised that the virus is not killed by all the diesel exhaust fumes of COP26 private jets, but it is clear that if COP events will spread new Covid variants, all events future COP events should be dropped.
