INDIANAPOLIS – Shane Steichen’s coaching staff is starting to come together.

Cooter’s experience with creative offenses and coaches will help him integrate well with Steichen. Two seasons ago, Cooter was in Philadelphia (2021) and Jacksonville (2022).
