Indian polisher Cheteshwar Pujara enjoying a pleasant outing in the UK at the moment. The player scored the goal of the century on 12 August while playing for his side in Sussex. Pujara scored 107 hits of just 79 balls with 7 ball and 2 ball assists. His hit also includes 22 runs over one. On Sunday, the right-hander scored another century to continue his memorable streak at the ongoing Royal London One-Day Cup. He scored 174 executions of 131 balls.

Pujara, who is also leading the team in the absence of regular captain Tom Haines, came on as his team’s points were 9 for 2 of 3.2 encounters with Surrey. The right-handed player dug into his heel and added 205 runs for the third club with Tom Clark to save his team from hot water.

Pujara’s hit helped Sussex post a total of 378/6 in 50 regulation rounds. Meanwhile, for Surrey, Conor McKerr chose two broomsticks while Tom Lawes, Matt Dunn, Amar Virdi and Yousef Majid each received a wick.
