These mileage rates are only available on saver-level awards, so they can be difficult to come by, especially during peak travel dates. So being flexible with your travel plans may help you score one of these low-cost award flights. Flying Blue prices other non-savertier award flights flexibly, so mileage rates may be significantly higher on certain dates and routes.

It’s also worth noting that you’ll have to pay taxes, fees, and surcharges on your flight. But even if you have to pay an extra $200 in fees, know that this is still a great transfer deal when looking for transatlantic flights to Europe this fall or in 2025.
