Oh my! Roommate, Cam Newton is becoming famous for his comments on marriage and expressing his desire to have more children.

Cam Newton really wants to settle down
The former NFL player recently sat down with Dr. Cheyenne Bryant on his ‘Funky Friday’ podcast, where he shared his thoughts on marriage, divorce, and his desire to continue expanding his family. During the conversation, Cam Newton revealed that he has eight children with three different women and wants to have more.
“Many people look at my situation and think I am not very capable,” Newton told Dr. Bryant. However, when she asked him if he wanted more children, he simply said that he wanted “God to bring them.”
Cam Newton then went on to explain that “his desire to marry is less than his fear of divorce,” makes him “take time.” Dr. Bryant explains to Cam that he’s not taking time. Instead, he’s “very much acting out.” She continues to enlighten him, pointing out that he’s actually “very selectively active.”
“You actively choose where you want to operate and where you want to spend your time. You want to spend time having a wife because of your own fears, but you will selfishly create broken families even if you are in their lives,” Dr. Bryant stated.
Dr. Cheyenne Bryant continues to bring Cam into the game, telling him that some, if not all, of his children will face challenges without his constant presence. She also mentions that his selfish actions stem from his fear.

Details about Cam’s children and their mother
As The Shade Room previously reported, Cam Newton has fathered his eighth child with comedian Brown Jasmine in March this year.
Although the NFL superstar has yet to publicly acknowledge the newborn on social media, Jasmine has continued to share updates about the child, and photos of both Jasmine and Cam have appeared throughout her pregnancy.
However, pictures of Jasmine and Cam’s baby have yet to be released and details about the baby’s gender are still unknown.
As mentioned, Newton had seven other children. He had five biological children with Kia Proctor and La Reina Shaw. He also adopted children from previous relationships with both women and raised them as his own.
