The disqualification was all that stopped Shortleaf Stable owner John Ed Anthony from beating two races on the Dec. Oaklawn Park with his half-siblings—River Caddo and Como . Square .
In his first game after being sacked for six months, the one-time Kentucky Derby presented by Woodford Reserve (G1), hopeful Caddo River broke clumsily from the gate and was forced to retrace. with a score of 30-1. Como Square goes to the wire in a permitting option claim contest in Oaklawn
