Bulova adds its exclusive Precisionist High-Performance Quartz movement to the sporty Marine Star collection to create a beautiful new Series C collection.
One of three new Bulova Marine Star Series C models, each equipped with a Precisionist high-frequency quartz movement.
The movement uses a 262 kHz high-frequency quartz oscillator that allows timing to 1/1,000 second and accuracy to seconds per year. While many Bulova watches use high-performance movements to display tenths, hundredths, and milliseconds readings in a chronograph design, the new Series C offers a basic three-hand display with a window. date book.
The new collection boasts a 43mm 12-sided case with brushed sides and polished accents. All these watches feature a unidirectional rotating timing bezel with ceramic insert, sapphire crystal and screw-down crown, ensuring water resistance to 200m.
The dial here has a unique texture to simulate the shape of ocean waves. The applied hour markers highlight the wave pattern.
An early model features a bright yellow dial, which Bulova pairs with a black rubber strap ($695).
The second release features a silver dial and matching stainless steel strap ($795).
Finally, the third new Series C model enhances its luxury appeal with a rose gold-tone stainless steel case and a dark brown ‘chocolate’ dial, all secured to a colored rubber strap. black ($750).
