BMW Motorrad R1250GS Adventure 2023 Racing Blue color, R1250RT sports-tourer has 2 new colors
Only getting color updates for next year are the BMW Motorrad R1250GS Adventure 2023 and the R1250RT sports-tourer. For Munich adventure travelers, the R1250GS Adventure 2023 has a new Racing Blue Metallic colorway while the former Rally Lightwhite Uni is no longer available.
Racing Blue Metallic paint color matches the front wheel cover and fuel tank cover in the same tone. This is complemented by gold-painted spokes.
The legendary BMW boxer-twin engine that powers the GS series motorcycles, has a displacement of 1,254 cc and is Euro 5 compliant. Power is rated at 136 hp at 7,750 rpm while maximum torque of 143 Nm at 6,250 rpm.
R1250GS is set to be replaced with new R1300GS arrives at the end of September, so this will be the ultimate hit for the factory 1250 in GS form if you’re a fan. For the R1250RT, two versions are offered.
These are the Basics with the Alpine White Uni 3 featuring a large “RT” logo on the side panels, replacing the Lightwhite Uni paint option. The Sport variant of the R1250RT comes in Racing Blue Metallic 2 – replacing the previous Racing Blue Metallic – with new knee pads, front panel and fuel filler cap finished in Mineral Gray Metallic.
R1250RT reaches a capacity of 136 hp at 7,250 rpm and maximum torque of 143 Nm at 6,250 rpm with Shiftcam variable intake valve regulation from a 1,254 cc boxer-twin engine. In Malaysia, the R1250GS Adventure is priced at RM 138,500 while the R1250RS – R1250RT not offered in 2022 – priced at RM 118,500.
