BMW Group Malaysia has officially revealed the selling price for the BMW i5 M60 xDrive starting from RM478,800with an eight-year, 160,000km battery warranty, while the optional BMW Service & Repair Included package priced at RM20,300 offers an extended five-year warranty and service package. Launched for the Malaysian market in MayThe i5 M60 xDrive is available locally for the first time with an indicative price of RM480k.
Thus, the official price for the M Performance variant of the i5 is about RM80,000 higher than the M Performance variant. i5 eDrive40 that brought Series 5 generation G60 to the Malaysian market for RM 399,500 before the optional extended warranty package.

Paying a premium for the i5 M60 over the eDrive40 delivers a significant increase in powertrain output figures, and this M Performance variant has a 340 PS rear motor – matching the eDrive40’s output – joined by a 261 PS front axle motor for the 517 However, the PS and 795 Nm of torque combined add up to much more.
Select Sport mode and when M Sport Boost or M Launch Control is activated, the full 601 horsepower and 820 Nm of torque will be deployed, helping the i5 M60 xDrive accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 230 km/h.
