The increase in orders is benefiting the iPhone price/product mix in Q4 of 22. “iPhone 14 Pro Max accounted for about 60% of total incremental orders for Pro models, bringing in benefits for iPhone product/price mix in Q4 of this year,” Kuo tweeted (ASP-Average selling price). He added that he thinks this result will encourage Apple to make more differentiation between the iPhone 15 Pro Max and 15 Pro to increase Pro Max shipments by 15 and strengthen the iPhone product mix.

Kuo previously announced that Apple would make more distinction between the standard iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 models. It is known that Apple launched the iPhone 14 series on September 7, 2022 at its Far Out event. Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 series is expected to launch in September next year (2023). However, there is still no official information about the same.
