As usual in recent entries, people get skills for Fire Emblem joins characters to make them more effective in battle. These abilities can increase their survival rate or help them deal more damage. To help people plan what skills to work towards and the relationship to build with the iconic Ring, here are some abilities that can be especially helpful.

Agility++
What does it do? If a unit starts combat with an Spd advantage of 5 or more, it will track (if possible) before the enemy can counterattack.
How do you get it? Complete Lyn’s Paralogue, then reach Bond Lvl 18 and spend 3,000 SP.
Note: Alacrity is available on Lvl 5 Bonds for 1,000 SP and Alacrity+ is available on Lvl 13 Bonds for 2,000 SP.
canter
What does it do? The unit can move
How do you get it? Reach Lvl 5 Bonds with Sigurd and spend 1,000 SP.
Note: Canter+ costs 2,000 SP if you complete Sigurd’s Paralogue and reach Bond Lvl 13, and it also allows someone to move 3 tiles after the action.
Diffuse medicine
What does it do? When a unit is healed by a staff, all adjacent allies also recover 50% of the HP that unit recovered.
How do you get it? Up to level 5 in the Master Master Class.
dragon magic
What does it do? If unit starts combat, deals -4 to all enemy base stats after battle. (The penalty is reduced by 1 per turn.)
How do you get it? Reach Lvl 8 Bond with Corrin and spend 2,000 SP.
Dual support+
What does it do? If the unit can chain attack, it will do so when an ally attacks an enemy the unit can reach by moving. Activate %=70
How do you get it? Complete Lucina’s Paralogue, then reach Bond Lvl 18 and spend 2,000 SP.
Note: Dual Support is available at Bond Lvl 5 for 1,000 SP.
Hold on+++
What does it do? If the unit has 2 or more HP at the start of battle, that unit always survives the battle with at least 1 HP.
How do you get it? Complete Roy’s Passage, then reach Lvl 18 Bonds and spend 5,000 SP.
Note: Retain is available at Bond Lvl 5 with 2,000 SP, Retain + is available on Bond Lvl 8 with 3,000 SP and Retain ++ is available at Bond Lvl 13 with 4,000 SP.
Moon braces+
What does it do? If the unit starts combat with a physical attack, deals extra damage = 30% of the enemy’s Defense.
How do you get it? Complete Eirika’s Paralogue, then reach Bond Lvl 13 and spend 5,000 SP.
Note: Lunar Brace is available at Bond Lvl 3,000 for 3,000 SP.
No distractions
What does it do? Increases Crit+10 when fighting enemies that cannot counter.
How do you get it? Level 5 in the Advanced Sniper Class.
To handle
What does it do? If the unit’s HP is 75% or less after battle, level Def/Res+7 as long as the unit’s HP remains below 75%.
How do you get it? Complete Ike’s Paralogue, then reach Bond Lvl 18 and spend 2,000 SP.
Note: Resolve is available at Bond Lvl 5 for 1,000 SP.
Harmonious spelling
What does it do? If the unit starts combat with a book, the Atk level is equal to the number of adjacent allies with the book.
How do you get it? Level 5 in the Sage Advanced Class.
resilient++
What does it do? At the start of the player phase, if HP is 40% or less, recovers 40% of the unit’s max HP.
How do you get it? Complete Marth’s Paralogue, then reach Bond Lvl 18 and spend 300 SP.
Note: Unyielding is available on Lvl 7 Bonds with 100 SP and Unyielding + is available on Lvl 12 Bonds with 200 SP.
favorable++
What does it do? If the unit’s HP is 75% or less and the enemy starts fighting, the unit can counterattack before the enemy’s first attack.
How do you get it? Complete Leif’s Paralogue, then reach Bond Lvl 18 and spend 2,000 SP.
Note: Vantage is available on Lvl 5 Bonds for 500 SP and Vantage+ is available on Lvl 12 Bonds for 1,000 SP.
Rage
What does it do? At the start of battle, for each HP the unit has lost, grant Crit+1 during battle. (Up to +30)
How do you get it? Complete Ike’s Paralogue, then reach Bond Lvl 13 and spend 2,000 SP.
