TrakCare EMR Supports Bali International Hospital
The upcoming Bali International Hospital will adopt InterSystems’ TrakCare EMR system.
Operator, PT Pertamedika Bali Hospital, recently partnered with T-Systems to implement digital medical records, which is expected to enable faster access to patient data at the new 255-bed hospital.
The EMR integration will be complete by the time the hospital opens, which is expected next month, September, according to the press release.
National Health Agency Boosts Digital Health Education
India’s National Health Service has partnered with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences to help build digital health capabilities for the country’s healthcare workforce.
Under the MoU, NHA will offer MUHS’ Digital Health Foundation course to medical students, doctors and other healthcare professionals through the iGOT Karmayogi online learning platform for public sector employees. The course provides learners with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of digital health.
The two parties will jointly develop more digital health programs to accelerate the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, a national initiative that lays the foundation for India’s digital health ecosystem.
Virtus Fertility Centre Singapore Leverages AI in IVF
AI is now the standard of care at Virtus Fertility Centre Singapore, helping to identify the healthiest embryos during in vitro fertilization (IVF).
The clinic has adopted AI technology called iDAScore, developed by scientists from the parent company Virtus Health in Australia has partnered with global AI partners Harrison.ai and Swedish company Vitrolife.
This method is used to analyze extended time-lapse imaging data to identify and score embryos with the highest potential for fetal heart formation.
