Continuing to raise its standard of customer care, Aveta Malaysia has rolled out its Aveta Care on Wheel (ACW). ACW is a mobile service team consisting of a pick-up truck and three motorcycles providing after sales service to Aveta customers.
The service goes out nationwide to address any issues that cannot be solved by local Aveta dealers. ACW is manned by trained mechanics and provided with tools and equipment by Aveta Malaysia, and services can be accessed by appointment from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. by calling the Aveta Customer Careline at +60129565409.
ACW follows the recently launched Aveta Service Corner, located in Klang, Selangor. This will be followed by a network of 30 Aveta Service Corners across Malaysia, beginning in 2024.
Aveta Malaysia Group Managing Director Steven Lim said ACW is to support and offer assistance to Aveta motorcycle owners, underlining its commitment to customer support. “At Aveta, we are deeply passionate about meeting our customers’ needs. We understand that attractive products alone are not enough.”
