Apple Music Sessions premiere with live performances from Carrie Underwood, Tenille Townes

Apple Music premiered Apple Music Sessions – exclusive live releases from respected and emerging artists from around the world recorded in Spatial Audio – on Friday. It debuted with releases from Carrie Underwood and Tenille Townes, who recorded their Sessions at Apple Music’s new modern studios in Nashville, Tennessee. Apple Music Sessions has curated a range of country artists with upcoming live releases from Ronnie Dunn, Ingrid Andress, and more. Apple plans to expand the series to other music genres as well in the future.

Applein one notification performed on Friday, was informed of the release of exclusive live recorded performances from prolific artists. The Cupertino Company plans to record these sessions at Apple Music studios around the world. This will be a unique opportunity for artists to re-enact their hits as well as perform creative covers of classic songs. Apple hopes to create a ‘reservation collection’ of unique performances captured in Space sound. Apple Music users will also enjoy exclusive live music videos of these performances.

Underwood and Townes were the first two artists to appear on Apple Music Sessions. They recorded their live sessions at the Apple Music studio in Nashville, Tennessee. Underwood perform Ghost Story along with a retracted version of her Grammy-winning hit Blown Away. She also covered Mama, I’m Coming Home by Ozzy Osbourne. Meanwhile, Townes perform Her hits – Same Road Home and Somebody’s Daughter – as well as covers of At Last by Etta James.

Apple has also promised more releases in the future from respected country artists like Ronnie Dunn, Ingrid Andress, and more. As the company expands Apple Music Sessions, we can expect artists from all over the world to participate in different genres of music.
