And although it has held up significantly as well as the sensor’s resolution has increased (I’m still happy to use EOS R545-megapixel sensor), is 26 years old at this point, and there is no doubt that with the advancements in optical design over the past three decades, Canon will probably make a flagship lens with the updates.
