American Boxing’s Road to Garden Tournament continue to follow. Tournament – started earlier this month and is a National Golden Glove Qualifier – will present Boxing Insider Fight Nighta great evening of action, on Thursday, April 28order 2022 in Sony Hall (235 West 46order Street, New York, New York). Weigh in at 4pm while doors open at 6pm and showtimes at 7pm.
“It is an honor and privilege to work with USA Boxing Metropolitan,” said Larry Goldbergfounder and publisher of Boxing Insider, along with USA Boxing Metropolitan, is presenting the event. “We’re excited to be involved in promoting the next generation of boxers… the amateurs you’ll see will fight like pros at Madison Square Garden in a few years.” Furthermore, Boxing Insider “plans to promote more shows in beautiful arenas to provide an opportunity for the next generation of boxers to follow in their dreams.” As US Boxing Urban Vice President Sonya Lamonakis of this year’s Tournament: “We have 14 events scheduled at different locations.”
This year’s tournament was a return to form event for USA Boxing Metropolitan. Although the contest took place last year, Covid-19 affected the proceedings. With restrictions lifted, the 2022 event will be held at venues like Sony Hall without restriction. The tournament will run until June, when the finals will be held in the mecca of boxing,
Madison Square Garden.
