Fertility: Frozen testicular tissue can be re-implanted and produce sperm
A clinic in Belgium has been given the go-ahead to reimplant frozen testicular tissue to acquire sperm for fertility therapies. The hope is that the process will enable these whose fertility was destroyed by most cancers therapies earlier than they reached puberty to have youngsters.
