BCB Promotions has announced its next show: ‘The Takeover.’ Taking place at the Astoria in Wolverhampton on Friday, October 25, the show features nine unbeaten fighters from the West Midlands.
Wolverhampton Boxing Club pair Jermaine Osbourne-Edwards (11-0) and Gully Powar (10-0) are both eyeing big title fights in the near future and will get more much-needed bouts in their home city.
Brandon Bethell (4-0) ends his first year as a pro with a fifth fight, and the talented TMA gym fan base will be back in large numbers to make a big splash.
Omarah Taylor (3-0) has been classy in her previous three fights and the Joby Clayton-trained welterweight should have a shot at the title soon.
Midlands featherweight champion Ryan Griffiths (6-0) will waste no time in fighting for the second time in eight weeks as he looks to maintain his form ahead of a highly anticipated rematch with Lewis Morris.
Tipton’s Conor Baker (4-0) made his debut the same night as Bethell and is also hoping to make it five wins.
Danny Skidmore (3-0), Blaine Williams (1-0) and debutant Jack Finlan complete the list.
This show will not be broadcast live, so the only way to watch is to buy tickets.
