Volkswagen T-Cross 2025 Price and Specifications


The Volkswagen T-Cross 2025 has arrived in Australia with a higher price tag, more advanced technology and better safety equipment as part of a mid-life overhaul.

UPDATE, August 21, 2024: Volkswagen Australia has now confirmed national pricing for all three versions of the T-Cross.

Initially, only the basic T-Cross Life model was listed for sale nationwide, while the higher-end models were listed for prices excluding on-road costs.

The current Volkswagen T-Cross range, which includes the Life and Style, has been bolstered by the addition of a new R-Line variant, which is no longer just an option pack.

The price of the T-Cross Life has increased by $3000 $33,990 before on-road costsor $34,990 drive away.

The T-Cross Style’s list price has increased by $4,000. $37,490 before on-road costswith nationwide driving rates of $39,990 has now been introduced.

Newly launched as the flagship model, the T-Cross R-Line starts from $40,990 before on-road costs or $43,990 drive away.

There are no changes to the Volkswagen T-Cross’ powertrains for 2025, which remain the same from the pre-facelift model.

Maintenance and Warranty

The Volkswagen T-Cross comes with a five-year, unlimited kilometre warranty in Australia.

While Volkswagen Australia has yet to release details on servicing intervals and pricing for the 2025 T-Cross, the 2024 model requires servicing every 15,000km or 12 months (whichever comes first).

Older models will be subject to a fixed price for the first year of service, detailed below.

Volkswagen Australia says it will also offer three- and five-year service plans for the T-Cross, although pricing is yet to be confirmed.

Safety

The Volkswagen T-Cross received a five-star ANCAP safety rating in 2020, based on tests conducted in 2019. This rating expires after six years.

The results recorded 97% for adult occupant protection, 85% for child occupant protection, 81% for vulnerable road users protection and 80% for safety assistance systems.
