Just in time for the fall and holiday travel season, one of London’s most anticipated hotels is about to open its doors.

According to the hotel’s website, Park Hyatt London River Thames Hotel open for bookings from October 1 onwards. However, availability doesn’t appear until early November during TPG’s search for bookings. Either way, this is great news for World of Hyatt Fans are planning to travel to London.

The 203-room hotel, originally scheduled to open in 2022, is part of the larger One Nine Elms development (a mixed-use skyscraper project currently under construction) along the banks of the River Thames, just east of Battersea and west of Vauxhall. The Park Hyatt London River Thames, one of TPG’s Most Anticipated Hotel Openings This year, it’s well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the brand new Nine Elms station on the Northern Line extension — meaning you can be out of bed and enjoying a sausage sandwich at The Ginger Pig in Borough Market in less than 30 minutes.

World of Hyatt members looking to burn points at hotels should know that the new Park Hyatt is a Category 7 property, meaning reward nights range from 25,000 points to 35,000 points per night. Of course, those who have achieved Globalist status can redeem free night reward certificates (applicable to Category 1 through 7 hotels) when staying there.

Guests checking into the Park Hyatt London River Thames can expect a mix of luxurious, brightly decorated rooms with city or river views. Those looking to splurge can opt for one of the Park Hyatt’s suites, which range from spacious rooms with river views to the 1,851-square-foot presidential suite, which comes with a private elevator and butler service.

After all, what’s the point of coming to London if you can’t live like royalty?
