MIROS Car Seat Testing Event at My Lovely Baby Puchong; July 13, 10am-3pm, free admission
Safety devices are only safe when used properly, so the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS) will be conducting a child seat inspection in conjunction with baby product retailer My Lovely Baby in Puchong, Selangor this weekend. Entry is free.
The event will be held this Saturday from 10am to 3pm on 13 July 2024 at My Lovely Baby Puchong, located at 1, Jalan TPP 1/7, Taman Perindustrian Puchong, 47100, Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. To participate, interested parents or caregivers will need to scan the QR code (in the image inside the embedded MIROS X/Twitter Posts below), leading to an online form; or Click here to enter the online form.
For those wishing to participate with more than one child, parents/caregivers will be required to select from the testing grid, once for each child, but in the same lane (Lane A and Lane B are provided on the form).

There is also a checklist to prepare before going to the car seat inspection site. Be sure to bring:
- CRS (child restraint system or child seat)
- Your CRS User Guide
- Vehicle Owner’s Manual
Children or children who will be using CRS are encouraged to attend. Organizers request that participants arrive 10 minutes prior to their allocated time and that parents and/or guardians ensure the safety of children participating under their care throughout the CRS testing event.
Space is limited, so register quickly. Safety knowledge is valuable and can save a life in a difficult situation.
