Barack Obama jokingly calls Joe Biden “Vice President” as he returns to the White House to celebrate the Affordable Care Act anniversary
It’s been five years since Barack Obama arrived in the White House, but Tuesday marks his return as he joins President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to celebrate the 12th anniversary of the signing. Affordable Care Act and discuss healthcare costs.

He then went on to talk about the importance of signing the Affordable Care Act.

President Biden joined in the joke at the start of his remarks and said, “My name is Joe Biden and I’m Barack Obama’s vice president.” He then went on to say, “Welcome back to the White House, man. It’s like the good old days. Being here with you brings back so many good memories. ”
