Turn-based Crim Sims Sin EmpireThe first Make It Count DLC and the free Precinct update will arrive on the same day, November 18. The free update adds new subdivisions as well as victory conditions. new, while the paid DLC adds a new crime boss and more.

The DLC adds Maxim Zelnick, a crime boss and “fixer” with the ability to summon two reinforcements during combat. It also brings the gangster profession Fixer, who can bribe to get out of the war, and a new loan shark with unique events.
Make It Count will cost £11.39/€15/$15 at launch, but in some ways the free update is the more fun part. It aims to improve and expand a variety of Empire Of Sin’s systems, partly in response to criticism of the original release.
For example, Precincts are neighborhoods that players fight for control. In the current game, you can open the racket anywhere you like, and losing a few games later doesn’t matter too much. Losing an area, which is a significant chunk of territory, means there will be bigger consequences after the update.
The developers of Empire have come up with dev log to explain new systems, including how areas interact with supply lines, police, and how AI will make decisions about their own expansion.
The free update also adds a diplomatic win condition, another one based on owning 40% of all racquets, a new way to manage police operations, new interior art and more. The most interesting thing, obviously due to more modding, was in recent testing.
Ours Review of Empire Of Sin considers it an “ambitious great combination of systems”, plagued by bugs and pacing issues. Hopefully these updates can help it shine.
