They will come pre-configured with equipment and options and apparently buyers will have to use Dodge’s Horsepower Locator website to find them. like they did with the last version of the previous generation.

The more expensive of the two is the Charger Daytona Scat Pack. It has an MSRP of $82,170. And as Mopar Insiders details, it’s even more equipped and powerful than the Charger R/T.

To put these prices into context, a 2023 Dodge Charger R/T has an MSRP of $45,065, making the new Charger R/T EV Launch Edition $23,505 more expensive than the previous model. There’s an even wider price gap between the 2023 Charger Scat Pack and the 2024 Charger Daytona Scat Pack. The 2023 model’s MSRP of $51,925 means the ’24 Scat Pack is $30,245 more expensive than the previous model.

Those unconfirmed prices would be a big ask for a brand venturing into uncharted waters. The specs and range—Mopar Insiders says the R/T will have a range of 317 miles and the Scat Pack will have a range of 260 miles—are competitive, but will buyers show up? We’ll have to wait and see if all of this pans out for Dodge later this year.
