Zog Energy becomes the latest company to collapse in the gas price crisis


The company, which has about 1.7 million customers, was placed under special management because its size meant the regulator could not find another company to take over Bulb’s clients. This means that Bulb is being run by the government through the regulator Ofgem. That would allow it to continue trading on a £1.7 billion loan.
