Yella Beezy has been accused of raping a woman he met on Instagram.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Beezy visited her DM on Instagram and asked if she was looking for a new friend. They agreed to go on a date in Dallas. They ate dinner and went bowling before Beezy invited her to his house.
Beezy then requested a topless massage before he allegedly jumped on top of her and began kissing her forcibly. She said she told him no but that he “inserted his penis into her vagina.”
Beezy is said to have told her that she initiated their sexual interaction by kissing. She reported him after an ER visit.
Beezy was arrested and charged with sexual assault, felony abandonment of an endangered child and misdemeanor illegal weapons possession. Speaking to TMZ, his attorney said these claims were “100%” false and denied rumors that the woman involved was his ex-girlfriend.
