Today, we’re excited to reveal our catalog of August games for PlayStation Plus, which will be available to play for Extra and Premium members on August 16. It was headlined by three Yakuza game (will be next soon by other entries in the series later this year). But alongside the crime series will be the multiplayer thriller Dead by Daylight, the open-world shooter Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands and the bizarre adventure Bugsnax.

Catalog of games for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members
Yakuza 0
The glamor, glitz, and unbridled decadence of the 80s is back in Yakuza 0. Fight like hell through Tokyo and Osaka with protagonist Kazuma Kiryu and the regular series Goro Majima. Play as the ex to discover how he finds himself in a troubled world when a simple debt collection goes wrong. Then step into Goro Majima’s silver toe shoes and discover his “normal” life as the owner of a variety club.
Yakuza Kiwami
The first Yakuza game was released in 2005 on PS2. This PS4 remake rebuilds that experience from the ground up. Follow Kazuma Kiryu’s early days as he returns to the streets of Japan after serving a decades-long prison sentence for a crime he didn’t commit to save his best friend.
Yakuza Kiwami 2
The Yakuza sequel gets the remake treatment, not only updating the original, but expanding it with a playable adventure starring Goro Majima that takes place before the events of the main game. . A year after the events of the first Yakuza, an assassination attempt pulls Kazuma Kiryu out of his peaceful life to broker peace between rival clans and confront Ryuji Goda, known as the Dragon of Kansai.
Dead by daylight
Dead by Daylight is a 1v4 multiplayer game that draws from every corner of the horror world from a powerful killer to a terrifying paranormal entity. Choose between playing an unstoppable Killer and one of the 4 Survivors trying to evade a gruesome death. Each character has their own deep progression system and multiple unlockable abilities that can be customized to suit your personal strategy. Work together to escape, or stalk and sacrifice every Survivor.
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands
Create a team with up to 3 friends and enjoy the ultimate military shooter experience in a huge, dangerous and responsive open world. Create and fully customize your Ghost, weapons, and gear. Enjoy a completely free-to-play style of play and explore stunningly diverse landscapes both on land and off-road, in the air, on land and at sea with over 60 different vehicles.
Bugsnax
Play as an investigative journalist who has set out to explore Snaktooth Island, home to the legendary creatures that are half bug and half snack, Bugsnax. Explore, hunt, and capture all 100 creatures while tracking down and reuniting the island’s inhabitants.
