UNC lost to Miami on Tuesday night.

Davis, who has taken over as head coach from Roy Williams, is facing a growing number of difficulties in his first season calling for shots.
When asked about leadership in the dressing room, head coach Tar Heels is having a hard time finding a guy to level up.

So what now?
So what needs to be fixed? Davis gave a blunt assessment.
“Before you can talk about change in implementation, there needs to be a shift in effort,” he said. “There has to be a change in competitiveness and to want that. I told them tonight, ‘The game is going to change, but you have to change.”
“I told them, ‘There’s no way out of this. The only way you have a chance of getting out of this is by fighting. You have to draw a line in the sand…'”
Tar Heels will continue to face Wake Forest, who are currently unbeaten at home. When March Madness arrives, UNC needs to gain some momentum and figure out their identities and victory over Demon Deacons will be the first step into the future.
